Simply Be:

The accommodation at Bramleigh Manor supports sustainable tourism, without minimising on comfort. Experience guilt-free, comfortable country accommodation, powered by the sun complete with electric blankets, energy efficient lighting and appliances, beneath the shelter of thatch insulation. Water is supplied from a forest stream, filtered and ready to drink, cool, straight from the tap. Natural cleaning products provide a fresh fragrance. Visit our chickens and geese who happily gobble any organic waste and provide rich fertiliser for our market vegetables in return.

Tucked away on a secluded hillside provides an ideal opportunity for a quiet, country getaway with no TV or cellphone signal. Although there is free high speed WiFi offered, we encourage you to disconnect and enjoy a ‘tech detox’. Enjoy soul-restoring walks through the indigenous forest, below age-old Yellowwood trees, the shy Samango monkeys swinging above, abundant birdlife and calming streams. Walking trails through the grassland provide extensive views over the valley and mountains, possibly spotting a reedbuck, oribi and duiker. Or simply curl up with a book next to a wood burning stove, relax on the patio and soak up the fresh country air, be soothed by nature. Books, board games, sun lounge and braai area within the manor house.
